This coming week in America we celebrate a huge holiday. Thanksgiving all started with the Pilgrims from England who invited the American natives to a huge feast to thank them for saving their lives and feeding them when they were hungry. They fed the American Natives with turkey, potatoes and corn and this is why we have these dishes now with family and friends. Thanksgiving is such a nice holiday because we enjoy good food with family, not to mention that I have a whole week off school. Continuing, The Pilgrims were really thankful for the Indians, and that's why we celebrate Thanksgiving. All of this happend in November, 1621.
Happy thanksgiving!Bck to my cookbook, I need to do some recipe research, I have heard people say that we need to put marshmallows in the sweet potatoe dish, sounds strange to me.

Un boeuf braisé aux carottes,flambé au cognac ou un turbot poché sauce normande à la rigueur la pella de MAMODETTE avec Reblochon et petits lardons ont ma préférence aux pommes de terre à la guimauve!!! because j'appartiens au clan des GOURMANDS à défaut d'etre un GOURMET
La tarte au potiron est-elle au menu du jeudi22???
