• We're back in Puerto Rico for another Ironman relay with the brothers
• Maura and I ventured off to the El Yunque for an afternoon in a guided trip. I saw the tour guide I had after Tay and Karl's wedding
• Team did pretty well in the race
• I dropped the ball and was arrived late to give Tar his sports drink on the course
• They took out the microwave
• Maura and I reunited with our favorite Acai place
• Spent quality time on la playa
