- Got our first home owners leak
- Came from a backed up drain on the 3rd floor unit, went through the 2nd floor unit, and into ours
- Maura noticed and called the other units
- I cut out a all the wet drywall when it happened to let it dry out
- Tar came and helped path it up, Maura in return went to DG to help with the kiddos
- Good, not Great job done
- Our fixed worked well, it was still a little obvious after painting it, but the painter that came months later smoothed it out
